基于“立、趣、升”的“专创融合”人才培养模式探索——以固体废弃物处理与处置课程为例

Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of“Specialization and Innovation Integration”Talents Based on“Establishing,Interesting and Promoting”——Take Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal Course as an Example

摘要 为了满足社会发展对应用型本科高层次人才培养的需求,全面推进“专创融合”人才培养模式是十分必要的。为了实现专业教育和创新创业教育的深度融合,该文围绕固体废弃物处理与处置课程体系构建了一种基于“立、趣、升”的“专创融合”人才培养模式,并进行了长达9年的教学实践。具体实践包括:优化传统专业课程体系,夯实专业教育基础,凸显人才培养模式的“立”;构建专业课程新媒体平台,提升专业教育的趣味性,凸显人才培养模式的“趣”;打造创新创业课程新模式,提升创新创业教育高度,凸显人才培养模式的“升”。基于“立、趣、升”的“专创融合”人才培养模式探索为培养高素质、高水平的应用技术型人才,进而促进高校人才培养模式的优化转型提供了理论参考。 In order to meet the needs of social development for the cultivation of high-level applied undergraduate talents,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the“specialization and innovation integration”talent cultivation model.In order to realize the deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,a professional and innovative talent cultivation model based on“establishing,interesting and promoting”have been built around the course system of solid waste treatment and disposal,and have carried out teaching practice for 9 years.The practice includes optimizing the traditional professional curriculum system,consolidating the foundation of professional education,highlighting the“establishing”of talent training mode;Building a new media platform for professional curriculum,enhancing the interest of professional education,highlighting the“interesting”of talent training mode;Creating a new model of innovative and entrepreneurship curriculum,enhancing the height of innovative and entrepreneurship education,highlighting the“promoting”of talent training mode.The exploration of the specialized and innovative talent cultivation mode based on“establishing,interesting and promoting”provides a theoretical reference for cultivating high quality and high level applied technical talents and thus promoting the optimization and transformation of the talent cultivation mode of universities.
