高职节能类专业适应性人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Adaptive Talents for Energy-Saving Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

节能是实现产业绿色转型升级、低碳发展的必经之路,如何培养适应社会发展需求的节能类人才是高职教育面对的重大挑战。广东环境保护工程职业学院作为全国首批开设节能专业群的高职院校,经过近10年的研究与实践,探索出“标准融通、协同融创、分类分段”人才培养模式,有效解决了节能类专业建设的难点问题,对职业院校节能低碳专业建设有一定的参考价值。

Energy conservation is the only way to realize the green transformation and upgrading of the industry and low-carbon development.How to cultivate energy-saving talents to adapt to social development is a major challenge for higher vocational education.Guangdong Polytechnic of Environmental Protection Engineering,as one of the first vocational colleges to set up energy conservation specialty groups in the country,after nearly 10 years of research and practice,it has explored the talent training mode of“standard accommodation,collaborative innovation,classification and segmentation”,which has effectively solved the difficult issues in the construction of energy conservation specialty,and has certain reference value for the construction of energy conservation and low-carbon specialty in vocational colleges.
