校企协同育人的外语人才评价标准构建策略

Strategies for Constructing Evaluation Standards for Foreign Language Talents in Collaborative Education between Schools and Enterprises

摘要 校企协同育人是指学校与企业之间通过紧密合作共同培养适应市场需求的高素质人才的一种育人方式。校企协同育人面临的重要挑战是如何评价人才的综合能力。该文探讨校企协同育人模式下外语人才评价标准的构建策略,采用理论研究、定性研究和实证研究的方法,获取系统的理论基础和实践数据,结合校企合作的实际需求,构建一套全面且适应性和可操作性强的评价指标和执行体系,以便更好地培养符合社会需求的外语人才。 Collaborative education between schools and enterprises refers to a way of educating high-quality talents who adapt to market demand through close cooperation between schools and enterprises.The important challenge faced in collaborative education between schools and enterprises is how to evaluate the comprehensive abilities of talents.The purpose of this paper is to explore the strategies for constructing evaluation criteria for foreign language talents under the collaborative education model between schools and enterprises.By using theoretical research,qualitative research,and empirical research methods,a systematic theoretical foundation and practical data are obtained.Combined with the actual needs of school enterprise cooperation,a comprehensive,adaptable,and operable evaluation index and execution system are constructed to better cultivate foreign language talents that meet the needs of society.
