应用型民办本科高校教师绩效考核评价体系的构建——以西安工商学院为例

Establishment of an Evaluation System of Performance Appraisal for Application-Oriented Private Undergraduate College——Taking Xi'an Technology and Business College as an Example

摘要 建立高校教师绩效考核评价体系是提高教师教学质量和能力的有效途径。在全面分析高校教师现有绩效考核评价体系的基础上,该文从教学工作、教研工作、科研工作、社会服务和师德师风5个方面,构建了适用于应用型民办本科高校教师的绩效考核评价体系,使用层次分析法确定各项指标的综合权重,对教师的绩效考核进行综合评估,以期为推进高校教师绩效考核评价体系的发展提供参考。 Establishing a performance appraisal system for teachers in colleges is an effective way to improve the quality of teachers'teaching and their abilities.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing performance assessment and evaluation system for university teachers,this study starts from five aspects of teaching work,teaching and research work,scientific research work,social service and teachers'ethics,constructs an evaluation system of performance appraisal for application-oriented private undergraduate colleges.The teacher's performance appraisal evaluation system comprehensively evaluates the teacher's performance appraisal by determining the comprehensive weight of various indexes based on AHP analysis,in order to provide a reference for promoting the development of college teacher performance appraisal system.
