产业学院视域下高职智能电气类专业职业生涯规划课程教学改革探究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Career Planning for Intelligent Electrical Major in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Industrial College

职业生涯规划是帮助高职院校学生明确个人职业目标,提升个人综合素质以及就业竞争力的重要课程。在产业学院视域下,根据产业对人才的需求,该文结合学校智能电气类专业学生的学情,以及智能电气产业岗位的能力要求,根据职业生涯规划课程教学现状以及存在的问题,从课程内容、教学方法、师资团队以及全程化生涯指导四个方面进行探究,提出具体可操作的教学改革措施。

Career planning is an important course to help students in higher vocational colleges clarify their personal career goals and improve their comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness.From the perspective of the institute of industry,according to the needs of the industry for talents,combined with the learning situation of the students majoring in intelligent electrical engineering and the ability requirements of the posts in the intelligent electrical industry,and based on the current situation of the teaching of the career planning course and the existing problems,this paper probes into the four aspects of the course content,teaching methods,teachers'team and whole-process career guidance,and puts forward specific and operable teaching reform strategies.
