植物保护学科研究生就业创业教育模式探讨——基于农药登记药效试验单位发展形势

Discussion on the Employment and Entrepreneurship Education Mode for Plant Protection Graduate Student——Based on the Development of Pesticide Registration Efficacy Test Unit

摘要 高校各学科结合行业的发展与需求,针对性地开展研究生就业创业教育与引导十分重要。植物保护学作为农科院校农学门类的传统优势学科,同样亟须在研究生培养环节加强就业创业能力的教育引导。截至2023年4月,已有农业农村部认定的25家农药登记药效试验单位挂靠在农科院校。鉴于我国农药登记药效试验单位的发展形势及其对植物保护学科专业人才的潜在需求,该文分析了将农药登记药效试验单位的行业知识、师资融入植物保护学科研究生就业创业能力培养的教学环节及其具体实施模式。 It is very important for universities to carry out targeted education and guidance on graduate employment and entrepreneurship based on the development and needs of various disciplines in the industry.As a traditional advantageous discipline in the field of agriculture at the academy of agricultural sciences,plant protection also urgently needs to strengthen the education and guidance of employment and entrepreneurship abilities in the graduate training process.As of April 2023,25 pesticide registration and efficacy testing units recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs have been affiliated with agricultural universities.As the development situation of pesticide registration unit of efficacy testing and their potential need for professional talents of plant protection,this paper discusses the teaching links and specific implementation mode that integrating the knowledge and teachers resource of these test affairs into the plant protection students'cultivation,to get fully prepared the ability for future employment or entrepreneurship.
