学科建设是高校发展的关键和核心。世界一流大学和世界一流学科(简称“双一流”)建设是全面提升我国高等教育综合实力的重要举措,为地方高校发展带来了机遇。该文阐述了食品科学与工程学科的建设现状,分析了地方高校在学科建设方面存在的问题,并从学科定位、师资力量、人才培养、科学研究、成果转化、文化传承等方面全方位探讨了建设食品科学与工程一流学科的路径。

Discipline construction is the key and core of the development of universities.First-class universities and disciplines of the world(namely“double first-class”)is important measures to enhance comprehensive strength of higher education in our country,bringing opportunities for the development of local universities.This article elaborates on the current situation of the construction of the discipline of food science and engineering,analyzes the problems existing in the discipline construction of local universities,and comprehensively explores the path to build a first-class discipline of food science and engineering from the perspectives of discipline positioning,faculty strength,talent cultivation,scientific research,achievement transformation,cultural inheritance,etc.
