Practice and Reflection on the Construction of a First-Class Undergraduate Major in Public Utility Management from the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

该文基于一流本科专业建设契机,结合高等院校创新创业人才培养的新机遇、新要求,系统探讨了如何将创新创业教育融入公共事业管理国家级一流本科专业建设,构建符合公共事业管理专业育人宗旨和办学特色的一流本科专业建设模式与路径。该文从创新创业和公共事业管理的概念内涵着手,阐释了以创新创业为导向的公共事业管理一流本科专业建设的背景和意义,在此基础上,对其存在的问题进行了梳理和概括,从而凝练了华中科技大学公共事业管理一流本科专业在创新创业实践中的思路和做法,以期为创新创业教育高质量、可持续地推动公共事业管理一流本科专业建设提供新思路。

This article is based on the opportunity of constructing first-class undergraduate majors,combined with the new opportunities and requirements of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher education institutions,and systematically explores how to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the construction of national first-class undergraduate majors in public utility management,constructing a first-class undergraduate major construction mode and path that conforms to the educational purpose and educational characteristics of public utility management majors.This article starts with the concept and connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship and public utility management,and explains the background and significance of the construction of a first-class undergraduate program in public utility management guided by innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on this,it sorts out and summarizes its existing problems,thereby condensing the ideas and practices of the first-class undergraduate program in public utility management at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in innovation and entrepreneurship practice,with the aim of providing high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education provide new ideas for sustainable promotion of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in public utility management.
