基于卓越工程师产教联合培养的混凝土结构教学改革探讨

摘要 该文面向本科高校土木工程专业学生,围绕“卓越工程师教育培养计划”产教联合人才培养目标,分析了混凝土结构课程的教学现状,提出了基于产教联合培养的混凝土结构教学改革具体措施,包括:引入案例化与项目化教学,调动学生学习的主动性和积极性;深化产教融合协调育人机制,提高学生实践能力和职业素养;加强青年教师队伍建设,增加教师工程经验和提升实践教学能力;采取多元化学业评价模式,促进培养过程和培养目标的顺利实现。相关改革措施有利于提升教学效果,提高学生的创新与实践能力,快速回应经济社会发展对土木工程卓越工程师的迫切需求。 Taking undergraduate civil engineering students as an example,this thesis analyzes the current situation of teaching concrete structures and proposes specific measures for the teaching reform of concrete structures based on the joint training of industry and education in the“Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program”.These measures include introducing case-based and project-based teaching methods to mobilize students'initiative and enthusiasm for learning;deepening the integration and coordination mechanism of industry and education to enhance students'practical abilities and professional qualities;strengthening the construction of young teacher teams to increase teachers'engineering experience and improve practical teaching abilities;adopting diversified academic evaluation models to promote the smooth realization of the training process and goals.These reform measures are conducive to improving the effectiveness of teaching,enhancing students'innovation and practical abilities,and quickly responding to the urgent demand for excellent civil engineering engineers in economic and social development.
