新工科背景下电子信息工程专业应用创新型人才培养研究与实践

摘要 新工科明确提出了工科教育改革的目标,对工科创新型人才提出了更高的要求。该文结合河南工业大学电子信息工程专业实际情况,对新工科背景下电子信息工程专业应用创新型人才培养模式进行探索和实践。以改进应用创新型人才培养模式为切入点,优化培养方案,强化电子信息工程专业学生实践创新能力的培养;以创新教学方法和过程,加强学生自主学习与创新能力的培养;建设创新实验班,突出对学生创新精神和实践能力的培养;深化产教融合,开展校企合作,着力培养满足社会发展需求的高素质应用创新型人才。 The new engineering department has clearly set the goals of engineering education reform,and propose higher requirements for innovative talents in engineering.This article combines the actual situation of the electronic information engineering major at Henan University of Technology to explore and practice the cultivation mode of innovative talents in the field of electronic information engineering under the background of new engineering.Taking improving the training mode of applied innovative talents as the starting point,optimizing the training plan,and strengthening the cultivation of practical innovation ability for students majoring in electronic information engineering;Strengthen the cultivation of students'autonomous learning and innovation ability by innovating teaching methods and processes;Building innovative experimental classes,highlighting the cultivation of students'innovative spirit and practical abilities;Deepen the integration of industry and education,strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,and focus on cultivating high-quality applied and innovative talents that meet the needs of social development.
