基于混合式教学的食品冷冻冷藏原理与设备课程教学方法探索

摘要 顺应时代的发展和需求,结合线上教学与传统教学优势的混合式教学模式应运而生。混合式教学是将在线教学和传统教学优势高效整合的一种新式教学方式,对激发学生学习积极性、提高教学质量具有重要意义。该文在混合式教学模式的背景下,结合食品冷冻冷藏原理与设备课程特点,分析教学现状,基于课前预习—课中授课—课后巩固三个模块,从优化教学方法、融入思政理念、建立多维考核体系三个方面,探索更为合理的教学方法。 Conforming to the development and needs of the times,the hybrid teaching mode combining the advantages of online teaching and traditional teaching emerged at the historic moment.Hybrid teaching is a new teaching mode that effectively integrates the advantages of online teaching and traditional teaching,which is of great significance to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.Under the background of the mixed teaching mode,combined with the characteristics of the course principles and equipment of food freezing and refrigeration,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation,and explores more reasonable teaching methods from three aspects:optimizing teaching methods,integrating ideological and political concepts,and establishing a multidimensional examination system based on the three modules of pre-class preparation,in-class teaching and postclass consolidation.
