高职院校创新创业教育融入现代学徒制人才培养的探究

社会经济的发展,要求高职院校通过创新创业教育培养更多创新型技术人才。现代学徒制是培养应用型创新人才的重要方式之一。借鉴现代学徒制的优势,高职院校可以进一步完善创新创业人才培养模式,提高人才培养的质量和效率。该文分析了高职院校创新创业教育存在的问题,介绍了创新创业教育融入现代学徒制人才培养的意义,提出了在创新创业教育中融入现代学徒制人才培养的方法,为高职院校开展创新创业教育提供有益探索。

The development of the social economy requires higher vocational colleges to cultivate more innovative technical talents through innovation and entrepreneurship education.Modern apprenticeship is one of the important ways to train applied innovative talents.Drawing lessons from the advantages of modern apprenticeship,higher vocational colleges can further improve the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and improve the quality and efficiency of talent training.This paper analyzes the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,introduces the significance of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the training of modern apprenticeship talents,and puts forward the method of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the training of modern apprenticeship talents,so as to provide beneficial exploration for carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
