摘要
该文旨在探讨师范生就业能力评价模型的一级指标和二级指标以及每个维度的权重,基于《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准》,采用层次分析法(AHP)和访谈法,构建了以师德践行能力(0.4029)、教学践行能力(0.2617)、综合育人能力(0.1825)和综合素质能力(0.1529)4个维度为一级指标,以及13个二级指标的师范生就业能力评价模型,并根据模型的权重对师范生就业能力提升提出相关建议。
The purpose of this article is to explore the first and second level indicators of the evaluation model for the employability of normal school students,as well as the weights of each dimension.Based on the Professional Ability Standards for Teachers of Middle School Education Majors,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and interview methods are used to construct four dimensions as the first level indicators:teacher's ethics practice ability(0.4029),teaching practice ability(0.2617),comprehensive education ability(0.1825),and comprehensive quality ability(0.1529),and an evaluation model for the employability of normal university students with 13 secondary indicators,and relevant suggestions for improving the employability of normal university students based on the weight of the model.
