基于超星“一平三端”提升高校教师混合式培训实效的实践和探索

Practice and Exploration of Improving the Effectiveness of Hybrid Training for University Teachers Based on the Super-Star“One-Level and Three-Terminal”System

摘要 该文结合新时代高等教育发展新形势,回顾南京工程学院基于超星“一平三端”平台实施教师培训的实践,以构建“研训用创”的进阶式教学能力提升体系为目标,通过利用“一平三端”和多种信息技术手段,采取线上线下混合式教师培训模式,实践和探索提升高校教师混合式培训实效的路径,并为持续优化改进教师培训提出建议和展望。 This article combines the new situation of higher education development in the new era and reviews the practice of implementing teacher training at Nanjing University of Engineering based on the“one-level,threeterminal”platform of the Super-star.With the goal of building an advanced teaching ability improvement system of“research,training,application and innovation”,by utilizing the“one-level,three-terminal”and various information technology means,adopting an online and offline hybrid teacher training model,practice and explore ways to improve the effectiveness of hybrid training for university teachers,and provide suggestions and prospects for continuous optimization and improvement of teacher training.
