基于OBE导向的产学研合作教育研究

目前,我国企业、高校及研究机构的产学研合作程度已经有了明显提高,但传统的产学研合作模式仍存在很多不足,企业及高校间缺乏长期有效的合作机制且存在沟通障碍,导致高校及科研机构的科研潜力难以充分发挥,科研成果与企业实际需求脱节等问题。而基于目标导向的产学研合作教育,可以在解决此类问题的同时,有效促进产学研更好地融合。

At present,the degree of industry-university-research cooperation between enterprises,universities and research institutions in China has been significantly improved,but there are still many shortcomings in the traditional industry-university-research cooperation mode,and there are no long-term effective cooperation mechanisms between enterprises and universities and communication barriers,resulting in the difficulty of fully releasing the scientific research potential of universities and scientific research institutions,and the disconnection between scientific research results and the actual needs of enterprises.The goal-oriented industry-university-research cooperative education can effectively promote the better integration of industry,education and research while solving such problems.
