摘要
该文旨在探讨“双高”院校高层次人才创新团队知识共享与合作的现状、问题和改进路径。通过对相关文献的分析研究,发现当前“双高”院校高层次人才创新团队在知识共享与合作方面存在一些问题,如缺乏有效的知识管理和学习机制、缺乏有效的交流和合作平台等。因此,该文提出了一些策略,如建立合适的知识共享与合作机制、创造有利于团队学习的环境、提高团队成员的知识共享与合作能力等,以提高“双高”院校高层次人才创新团队的创新能力和竞争力。同时,可以通过进一步的研究和实践探索,完善“双高”院校高层次人才创新团队知识共享与合作的机制和策略,以适应时代的发展和变化。
This paper aims to explore the current situation,problems,and improvement paths of knowledge sharing and cooperation in innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions.Through analysis and research of relevant literature,it is found that there are some problems in knowledge sharing and cooperation in innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions,such as the lack of effective knowledge management and learning mechanisms,and the lack of effective communication and cooperation platforms.Therefore,this paper proposes some strategies,such as establishing suitable mechanisms for knowledge sharing and cooperation,creating an environment conducive to team learning,and enhancing the knowledge sharing and cooperation abilities of team members,to improve the innovation capability and competitiveness of innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions.At the same time,further research and exploration can be carried out to continue to improve the mechanisms and strategies for knowledge sharing and cooperation in innovative teams of high-level talents in“double highlevel”institutions,in order to adapt to the development and changes of the times.
