摘要
涉农高校实践育人工作内涵丰富,是提升教育综合质量的重要抓手,同时与国家乡村振兴战略契合。目前,实践育人工作在统筹规划、创新开展、制度建设等方面还存在一定欠缺,该文从打造全员全过程全方位实践育人共同体、探索实践育人创新模式、构建实践育人常态化运行机制三个层面对实践育人工作进行路径探析,为提升涉农高校实践育人工作实效提供参考。
The practical education in agricultural universities has rich connotations.It is an important lever to improve the comprehensive quality of education and simultaneously aligned with the rural revitalization.At present,there are still certain deficiencies in the overall planning,innovative development,and institutional construction of practical education in universities.This article explores the path of practical education from three aspects:creating a comprehensive community,exploring the innovative model,and constructing a normalized operating mechanism,provide reference for improving the effectiveness of practical education in agricultural universities.
