地方高校本科生科研参与程度及其对职业规划的影响——基于华南A大学的问卷调查

Degree of Undergraduate Scientific Research Participation in Local Universities and Its Impact on Career Planning——A Questionnaire Survey Based on South China A University

科研训练是本科复合型和创新型人才培养的重要途径。该文以华南地方高校A大学本科生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法,解析该校本科生参与科研的基本特征及其对职业规划的影响,确定了影响本科生参与科研的关键要素。研究表明:该校本科生参与科研比例较高,但是以合作性参与为主,制约该校本科生参与科研的主要因素是缺乏参与感知途径,具备参与科研的经历对职业规划方向有重要影响,表现在提高了学生考研的意愿。高校应当加强对本科生科研的普及宣传与学术指导,丰富学生参与科研的感知途径,提高本科生在科研成果方面的产出数量、层次。

Research training is an important way to cultivate undergraduate students with comprehensive and innovative abilities.This article focuses on undergraduate students from A University,a local university in South China,and uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze the basic situation of undergraduate students'participation in scientific research and its impact on career planning.It identifies key factors that promote and hinder undergraduate students'scientific research.The study shows:the proportion of undergraduate students participating in scientific research is relatively high,but cooperative participation in an assistant role is the main mode;The main factor that restricts undergraduate students'participation in scientific research is the lack of perception channels for participation;Participation in scientific research experiences has an important influence on career planning direction,increases the willingness of students to take postgraduate entrance exams.Universities should strengthen the popularization and academic guidance of undergraduate students'scientific research,enrich students'perception channels for participating in scientific research,and enhance the output quantity,level of undergraduate students in scientific research achievements.
