A Study on the Influencing Factors and Improving Countermeasures of Entrepreneurial Willingness of University Science and Technology Personnel

高校科技人员创业成为当前研究的重点,该文采用将定性研究和定量研究相结合的方式,对高校科技人员创业意愿影响因素进行分析,并基于调查,提出可以将创新创业教育与其他学科领域相结合,拓宽研究视角。在研究内容方面,可以重点关注大学生创业意愿与过程的调查与研究,以及如何有效推进创新创业教育与专业教育融合等方面的研究;在研究方法上,可以采用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方式。

The entrepreneurship of university scientific and technological personnel has become the focus of current research.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the entrepreneurial willingness of university scientific and technological personnel by combining qualitative and quantitative research,and the survey suggests that innovation and entrepreneurship education can be combined with other disciplines to broaden the research perspective.In terms of research content,it is possible to focus on the investigation and research of college students'entrepreneurial willingness and process,and how to effectively promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education;In terms of research methods,qualitative research and quantitative research can be combined.
