摘要
创新人才培养是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济提质增效的迫切需要。深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,是当前推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求。该文针对应用型本科院校视觉传达设计专业人才培养与产业需求脱节、学生创新能力不强等问题,通过基于区域文化创意产业与行业发展新趋势,构建创新人才培养目标;基于人才培养目标与职业标准,优化专业课程体系;基于工作任务,重构教学内容、改革教学模式;以及多举措促进产教融合的落地实践,探索和实践了产教融合、优势互联、协同育人的创新人才培养模式,取得了较好的效果。
The training of innovative talents is an urgent need for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and promote the quality and efficiency upgrading of the economy.Deepening the integration between industry and education,promoting the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain,is an urgent requirement for promoting the structural reform of the supply side of human resources.This article in view of the problems such as the disconnection between the training of visual communication design talents in application-oriented institutions and the industrial demand,and the weak innovation ability of students,by building innovative talent training goals based on regional cultural and creative industries and new trends in development industry;Optimizing the professional curriculum system based on talent training goals and professional standards;Reconstructing teaching content and reforming teaching mode based on work tasks;And as well as the practice of multiple measures to promote the integration between industry and education,it has explored and practiced the innovative talents training mode of integration between production and education,inter-connection of advantages and collaborative education,and achieved good results.
