基于对分课堂和案例教学法的管理类课程教学模式探究——以土木工程合同管理课程为例

Research on the Teaching Mode of Management Courses Based on the PAD Classroom and Case Teaching Method——Taking Civil Engineering Contract Management as an Example

随着教学技术的发展,高等院校课堂教学方式也在逐渐改革和创新。该文针对工程管理专业中管理类课程教学,探究基于对分课堂和案例教学法的课程教学新模式。同时,结合管理类课程特点,完善对分课堂讲授阶段的教学方式。将这种教学模式在土木工程合同管理课程中进行实践教学应用,结果表明,该教学模式可加强学生对专业知识的深入探讨,提高学生对知识点的自主学习能力以及课堂学习积极性。

With the development of teaching technology,the classroom teaching methods in higher education institutions are gradually being reformed and innovated.This article explores a new teaching model for management courses in engineering management majors based on the PAD classroom and case teaching method.At the same time,based on the characteristics of management courses,improve the teaching method of PAD classroom teaching stages.The practical application of this teaching mode in the course of civil engineering contract management shows that it can strengthen students’in-depth exploration of professional knowledge,improve their self-learning ability on knowledge points,and enhance their classroom learning enthusiasm.
