基于产教融合的高职院校创新创业人才培养模式构建 被引量:2

Construction of Training Mode for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Integration of Production and Education

摘要 近年来,国家倡导“大众创业、万众创新”,以创新创业带动就业,缓解就业压力,提高就业率。然而,当前高职院校创新创业人才培养模式仍面临一些问题,人才培养与企业人才需求之间存在“供需错位”矛盾,而产教融合是促进高职院校与产业相互融合,培养创新创业人才的有效途径。该文分析了高职院校创新创业人才培养模式存在的主要问题,并从学校主责、企业主体、学生主角三个方面提出相应策略,为产教融合背景下高职院校创新创业人才培养模式的构建提供借鉴与参考。 In recent years,the state has advocated“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”to stimulate employment through innovation and entrepreneurship,ease employment pressure and increase the employment rate.However,the current training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges is still faced with some problems.There is a contradiction of“supply and demand dislocation”between talent training and enterprise talent demand,and the integration of production and education is an effective way to promote the deep integration of vocational colleges and industries and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding strategies from three aspects:the main responsibility of the school,the main body of the enterprise and the main role of the student,so as to provide reference for the construction of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education.
