“专创融合”视域下高校外语口语人才培养创新模式研究

Research on an Innovative Mode of Talent Cultivation in College English Speaking from the Perspective of“Integration of Entrepreneurship and Professional Education”

基于“专创融合”人才培养方向,依托沈阳工业大学翻转课堂大学英语口语课程以及口语竞赛选拔培训体系,搭建“课程+竞赛”双轨交互式人才培养机制,形成教学与竞赛在“教学内容、练习模式、评价标准、教师团队”方面的四维深度融合,以“教、赛、研”协同共进的发展模式,实现顶层设计,节约教学资源,推进“双创”教育。

A“course+contest”dual-track interactive mechanism of talent cultivation was developed based on the concept of“integration of entrepreneurship and professional education”.The dual-track mechanism involved the course of flipped classroom college English speaking in Shenyang University of Technology and its selection and training system for English speaking contests.Forming a four-dimensional deep integration of teaching and competition in“teaching content,practice mode,evaluation standards,and teacher team”was formed.The mechanism reflects top-level design,saves educational resources,and promotes education on innovation and entrepreneurship.
