“专创融合”背景下生物医学综合实验体系的构建 被引量:2

Construction of a Biomedical Comprehensive Experimental System under the Background of Specialization and Innovation Integration

摘要 该文基于“专创融合”理念和科研成果规划,设计了生物医学大综合实验教学内容,通过生物信息学检索分析单链抗体编码基因,利用基因工程操作构建单链抗体-碱性磷酸酶融合蛋白的原核表达载体并导入大肠杆菌,大量发酵生产后用于开发快速免疫学检测方法。大综合实验将不同专业课程的知识串联,构建良好的系统性专业知识体系,形成了特色鲜明,具有前沿性、综合性的实验教学体系,从而提升了学生发现、提出和解决科学问题的综合能力,对于提高本科生和研究生的培养质量具有重要作用。 Based on the concept of specialized innovation fusion and scientific research achievements,the teaching content of comprehensive experiment of biomedicine was designed in this paper.Single-chain antibody coding genes were searched and analyzed by bioinformatics,and the prokaryotic expression vector of single chain antibody-alkaline phosphatase fusion protein was constructed by genetic engineering operation and introduced into E.coli.After mass fermentation,it was used to develop rapid immunological detection methods.The comprehensive experiment connects the knowledge of different professional courses to build a good systematic professional knowledge system,forming a distinctive and cutting-edge comprehensive experimental teaching system.This enhances students'comprehensive ability to discover,propose,and solve scientific problems,and plays an important role in improving the quality of undergraduate and graduate education.
