现代学徒制背景下现代仪器分析技术课程教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of Modern Instrumental Analysis Technology Course under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训与现代职业教育相融合,通过校企深度合作,校内外导师联合培养,以学生技能培训为主的人才培养模式,课程改革是提升现代学徒制人才培养质量的关键。该文以现代仪器分析技术课程为例,阐述了课程内容和教材的改革,并从道具演示与动画模拟相结合、虚拟仿真与实际操作相结合以及“导、学、练、探、评”教学环节设计三方面分析了教学模式改革的措施,具有一定的借鉴价值。

Modern apprenticeship is a talent training model that integrates traditional apprenticeship training with modern vocational education,and focuses on training students'skills through deep cooperation between the university and the enterprise,and joint training of tutors inside and outside the university.Curriculum reform is the key to improve the quality of modern apprenticeship talent training.Based on the modern instrumental analysis technology course as an example,this paper expounds the course content and teaching reform,and props from demonstration combined with animation simulation,virtual simulation and practical operation and the combination of“guiding,learning,practice,exploration and evaluation”teaching design three aspects analyzes the teaching model reform measures,has a certain reference value.
