“双创”模式+项目驱动的学生创新能力培养体系探索

摘要 在新形势下,我国高等院校对“双创”的认知和研究进一步深化,培养体系与“双创”教育融合是培养专业技术人才创新创业能力的关键。以创新创业人才培养为目标,以思政教育、人文教育为基础,通过理论与实践融合、创新创业融合、校企协同融合的培养方式,构建了以提高学生创新创业能力为目标的“1基础+3融合+4项目”培养体系。该体系以项目为驱动,实现了“双创”模式与项目驱动的深度融合,实现了学生创新创业能力的有效培养。 In the new situation,China's higher education institutions are further deepening their understanding and research on innovation and entrepreneurship.The integration of the training system and innovation and entrepreneurship education is the key to cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of professional and technical talents.With the goal of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and based on ideological and political education and humanistic education,a“1 foundation+3 integration+4 project”training system has been constructed through the integration of theory and practice,as well as the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship with school enterprise collaboration.The goal is to improve students'entrepreneurial and innovative abilities.This system is project driven,achieving a deep integration of the innovation and entrepreneurship model and project driven approach,and effectively cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
