This paper firstly summarizes the typical characteristics of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities under the"1+X"certificate system,secondly,introduces several training modes commonly used in the training of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents in colleges and universities in recent years,finally,based on the requirements of the"1+X"certificate system,the paper summarizes the specific strategies for colleges and universities to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents,such as scientific development of talent training programs,focus on process evaluation,strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teachers,etc.,which provides experience for colleges and universities to send more high-quality"innovation and entrepreneurship"talents to the society in the new era.
