劳动教育引领园林领域“工农融合”人才培养模式构建研究

Research on the Construction of Personnel Training Mode of"Integration of Engineering and Agriculture"in the Field of Landscape Architecture Guided by Labor Education

摘要 该文针对园林领域复合型人才培养过程中出现的创新能力与现实工程需求不匹配、专业课程和交叉学科间的知识断层、学生综合实践能力与工程需求脱节等问题,构建并实施了以劳动教育为引领、以“工农融合”为路径的“三四五”(三方融合、四个平台、五位一体)人才培养模式。经过数年的探索和教学实践,改革取得了良好的成效,以创新性的理念、有效的实施路径和完善的机制,有力地塑造了学生劳动价值观念,促进了人才配养与行业需求的匹配。 In view of the common problems in the cultivation process of compound talents in the field of landscape architecture,such as the mismatch between innovation ability and actual engineering needs,the knowledge fault between professional courses and cross-disciplines,and the disconnection between students'comprehensive practical ability and engineering needs,we have built and implemented the"three-four-five"(three-party integration,four platforms,five in one)personnel training mode led by labor education and guided by the"integration of engineering and agriculture"as the path.After several years of exploration and teaching practice reform,good results have been achieved.With innovative ideas,effective implementation paths and perfect mechanisms,the students'labor value concept has been effectively shaped,and promoted the matching of talent cultivation with industry needs.
