新工科背景下高职学生创新能力培养的教学改革与实践——以安全管理课程为例

摘要 该文以新工科教育改革中新理念、新要求、新途径为指导,以“夯实基础、躬行实践、重视创新”为教学目标,分析了安全管理课程教学现状及存在的不足之处,从优化课程内容体系、加强实践教学、搞好各类比赛、改革教学过程评价等方面对高职安全管理课程进行教学改革,将创新能力培养理念引入高职安全管理课程的理论、实践教学中,体现新工科的内涵,提高学生的创新能力。 Based on the guidance of new ideas,new requirements and new approaches in the education reform of new engineering,and centering on the teaching objectives of consolidating the foundation,practicing practice and attaching importance to innovation,this paper analyzes the teaching status and shortcomings of safety management course.From the optimization of curriculum content system,strengthening the practice teaching,pays special attention to all kinds of competitions,reform teaching process evaluation safety management course teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,introduce the concept of innovation ability training in higher vocational theory and the practice teaching of the course of the safety management,embody the connotation of the new engineering.
