Innovation Ability of College Students Driven by Science and Technology Competition Training Practice

社会发展及科学研究需要大学生具有创新能力,其中自主学习、自主规划、团队协作能力已成为当代大学生的必备素质,科技竞赛是培养学生创新能力的有效平台。以全国大学生混凝土材料设计大赛为例,该文分析了科技竞赛在学生创新能力培养中的作用;围绕大赛主题,利用选拔、培训和参赛等环节强化学生的自主学习、学以致用、实验技能、合作能力等能力,形成了有效做法。同时,提出了以赛促教的实验课教学改革思考。

The development of modern society and scientific research requires college students to have innovative ability.Among them,independent learning,independent planning and teamwork ability have become the necessary qualities of contemporary college students.Science and technology competition is an effective platform for cultivating students'innovative ability.Taking the national undergraduate concrete material design competition as an example,the role of science and technology competition in the cultivation of students'innovation ability is analyzed.Focusing on the theme of the competition,effective methods have been formed to strengthen students'ability of independent learning,application,experimental skills and cooperation ability by means of selection,training and competition.At the same time,the experimental teaching reform thinking of promoting teaching through competition was put forward.
