摘要
面对新一轮工业革命,人工智能相关产业发展迅速,其产业需求、技术创新领先于高校专业人才培养。通过深度推进产教融合、协同育人,将本科教育向产业延伸,进一步促进高校人才培养和产业结构需求要素全方位融合,充分发挥高等教育对产业转型升级的支撑和引领作用。该文通过创建特色协同育人创新平台、构建产教融合课程实践体系、构建双导师实践指导团队等,形成递阶式产教融合的协同育人新模式,助力高素质创新型人才培养。
In the face of a new round of industrial revolution,AI related industries are developing rapidly,and their industrial demand and technological innovation are ahead of the cultivation of professional talents in colleges and universities.Through in-depth promotion of industry education integration and collaborative education,the undergraduate education will be extended to the industry,further promote the all-round integration of college talent training and industrial structure demand factors,and give full play to the supporting and leading role of higher education in industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper forms a new model of hierarchical collaborative education by creating a featured collaborative education innovation platform,building a practice system of industry education integration curriculum,and building a practice guidance team of double tutors,so as to help cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
