药学专业教育融入创新创业教育的途径研究——以江苏食品药品职业技术学院为例

Research on the Ways to Integrate Pharmaceutical Education into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education——Take Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College as Example

针对目前高职院校药学类专业教育与创新创业教育脱节的问题,该文探索了“专创融合”的解决途径:以“基于专业、深化改革、特色培养、强化实践”为主要方向,以创新创业竞赛为引领,以创新创业类课程改革为重点,以创新创业师资队伍建设为抓手,以完善药学岗位职业能力教育和产教融合为支撑,以期为药学类专业教育与创新创业教育的充分融合提供有效建议。

Aiming at the current disconnection between pharmaceutical specialty education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the solution to"the integration of specialty and innovation"was explored:taking"specialty based,deepening reform,characteristic cultivation,and strengthening practice"as the main policy,taking innovation and entrepreneurship competitions as the guide,focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum reform,and focusing on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team,with the support of improving professional competence education and integration of industry and education in pharmaceutical posts,it is expected to provide effective suggestions for the full integration of pharmaceutical professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
