融入区域发展的“宁夏模式”学分银行建设研究与探索

摘要 学分银行制度是我国在构建全民终身教育体系和深化职业教育改革过程中的一项创新性制度。宁夏在终身教育学分银行建设过程中,立足区域实际情况,发挥区域职业教育和开放教育优势,聚焦解决职业教育与其他类型教育相融通、教育教学标准与职业标准相衔接的问题,以及各类学习成果认证、积累与转换等问题,创建了“一体化、双载体”学分银行集成平台,形成了“多维汇聚、开放灵活”的资源整合应用模式,建设了“四维融通、中高本贯通”的学分认证标准体系,构建了“平台+标准+资源+监测+评价”质量保证体系,建立了“平台+联盟”双载体驱动运行机制及“教、学、管、服”一体化学分银行“宁夏模式”。 The credit bank system is an innovative system in the process of constructing lifelong education system and deepening vocational education reform in our country.In the construction process of Ningxia Lifelong education credit bank,based on the regional reality,giving full play to the advantages of regional vocational education and open education,focusing on solving the problems of integrating vocational education with other types of education,connecting education and teaching standards with vocational standards,and various kinds of learning achievement certification,accumulation and conversion,and creating an"integrated and dual-carrier"credit bank integration platform.It has formed a resource integration and application mode of"multi-dimensional convergence,open and flexible",built a credit certification standard system of"four-dimensional integration,middle and high school integration",built a quality assurance system of"platform+standard+resources+monitoring+evaluation",and established a dual-carrier driven operation mechanism of"platform+alliance"and a"Ningxia model"of integrated credit bank of"teaching,learning,management and service".
