数字赋能高职院校创新创业育人机制与实现路径研究

Research on the Mechanism and Implementation Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Empowered by Digital Technology

创新创业教育在各高职院校虽愈发受到重视,且取得显著进展,但由于师资、各种保障等因素限制,尚未形成健全、完善、有效的育人机制,实际效果与预期存在较大差距。基于数字化视角,实现创新创业育人机制与数字技术的深度融合,该文从变革教学模式、打造云平台、建立创客空间、构建孵化基地和投融资平台、充实优质资源库、完善评价体系等方面入手,构建科学有效的创新创业育人机制,有助于培养具有创新意识、创业素养、专业技能、综合素质的技能型、应用型人才。

Although innovation and entrepreneurship education has been increasingly valued and made significant progress in various vocational colleges,it has not yet formed a sound,comprehensive,and effective education mechanism due to factors such as teachers and security,and there is a significant gap between the actual effect and expectations.Based on a digital perspective,achieving a deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanisms with digital technology,starting from changing teaching models,building cloud platforms,establishing maker spaces,building incubation bases and investment and financing platforms,enriching high-quality resource banks,and improving evaluation systems,to build a scientific and effective innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism,which helps to cultivate outstanding innovation awareness,entrepreneurial literacy,and professional skills skilled and applied talents with comprehensive qualities.
