新工科背景下地方高校机械专业应用型人才创新教育改革研究 被引量:2

Research on Innovation Education Reform of Mechanical Major Applied Talents in Local Colleges and Universities under the New Engineering Background

摘要 随着我国经济社会的转型升级,信息技术、人工智能技术取得突破性发展,新工科专业发展迅速,对传统机械专业应用型人才培养提出了更大挑战。为适应社会发展需求,该文探索机械设计制造及其自动化专业协同育人平台构建、人才培养模式创新、创新创业教育改革、校企协同育人机制重构等一系列教育教学改革,以期深化地方高校新工科教育教学实践,提高应用型人才培养质量。 With the transformation and upgrading of China's economy and society,information technology and artificial intelligence technology have made breakthrough progress,and the new engineering specialty has developed rapidly.The training of applied talents in the traditional mechanical major has presented greater challenges.To meet the needs of social development,this paper explores a series of educational and teaching reforms,such as the construction of collaborative education platform for mechanical majors,the innovation of talent training mode,the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the reconstruction of school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,with a view to deepening the new engineering education and practice in local colleges and universities and improving the quality of application-oriented talent training.
