基于OBE理念的食品添加剂课程目标达成度评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文以食品添加剂课程为例,基于OBE理念,根据培养方案的毕业要求,科学合理设计课程目标及授课内容,构建了三者之间的对应支撑关系;制定了食品添加剂课程考核方式及评分细则,并分析了该课程目标的达成情况。结果表明,课程目标达成度评价对食品添加剂课程教学设计的完善和优化、教学质量的提高等具有重要作用。本研究为食品类课程目标达成度的评价提供参考。 In this study,the food additives course was taken as an example,based on the concept of OBE and the graduation requirements,the curriculum content and goals were reasonable designed,the relationships were built between the graduation requirements,the curriculum content and goals,in addition,the method of curriculum goals achievement,evaluation method and scoring rules were formulated.It is showed that the curriculum objectives achievements are helpful to improve and optimize the teaching design of food additives,improve the teaching quality.This study provides reference of objectives achievement for the other courses of food.
