摘要
ERP与MES集成(ERP-MES)在高职工业制造实训教学管理中的应用符合国家政策与工业制造实训教学管理的需求。在研究实训教学活动的基础上,发掘ERP-MES实训教学管理方向,包括实训教学工艺文件的信息化整合和实训过程的智能管控。以此为基础,探索传统实训教学文件的信息化建设重塑方法和系统配置要求。ERP-MES的管理应用具有制造行业的特殊性,后续可开展更为深入的系统研究。
The application of ERP-MES in teaching management of industrial manufacturing training in high vocational college meets the needs of national policy and industrial manufacturing training teaching management.On the basis of studying practical teaching activities,the direction of ERP-MES training teaching management is explored,including the information integration of training teaching process documents and the intelligent control of training process.On this basis,the information construction reconstruction methods of traditional training teaching documents and system configuration requirements are explored.The management application of ERP-MES has the particularity of manufacturing industry,further systematic research can be carried out in the future.
