创新驱动战略视域下高职院校创新创业教育生态体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Innovation-Driven Strategy

培养具有创新创业能力的高素质人才,是国家战略发展的需要,也是提升职业院校竞争力的现实需求。高职院校作为国家实施创新驱动发展战略所需人才的培养基地,应开展创新创业教育教学改革,构建“双创”教育生态体系,培养应用型创新人才,成为区域经济可持续发展的主要引擎,为区域创新发展提供充足的人力资本。该文对高职院校创新创业教育生态体系构建价值及问题进行了深入分析,从“理清教育理念,加强队伍建设,优化培养方案,创新实践载体”等途径,讨论如何构建创新创业教育生态体系。

Cultivating high-quality talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability is the need of national strategic development,and also the practical need to improve the competitiveness of vocational colleges.As the main base of the national innovation-driven development strategy,higher vocational colleges should carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching reform,build an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,cultivate application-oriented innovative talents,become the main engine of regional economic sustainable development,and provide sufficient human capital for regional innovation and development.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the value and problem of the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem from the ways of"clarifying the education concept,strengthening the team construction,optimizing the training program,and innovation practice carrier".
