基于教学能力比赛的教学设计与实践——以农产品中兽药残留检测作品为例

摘要 以高职院校教师教学能力比赛作品农产品中兽药残留检测为例,从整体教学设计、教学实施过程、学习成效、教学反思与改进等方面进行阐述,展示教学实施过程。该文在内容构建、学情分析、教学策略、评价体系等方面进行全面的分析,使重难点破解、教学模式改革以及现代化教学手段运用更加有效,对课堂中教师、学生活动的设计和教材使用更加合理,全面深化“三教”改革,推进产教深度融合,促进教师教育教学能力全面提升。 Take the veterinary drug residue detection in agricultural products as an example,this paper expounds from the aspects of overall teaching design,teaching implementation process,learning effect,teaching reflection and improvement,show the teaching implementation process.Comprehensively analyze the content construction,learning situation analysis,teaching strategy,evaluation system and other aspects of the work,make the key and difficult points solved,the teaching mode reform and the use of modern teaching methods more effective,more reasonable design of teacher and student activities and use of teaching materials in the classroom,comprehensively deepen the reform of"three education",promote the deep integration of production and teaching,and promote the comprehensive improvement of teachers'education and teaching ability.
