摘要 职业教育坚持产教融合、校企合作,坚持面向实践、强化能力培养。五年一贯制学前教育专业具有较强的实践性,实习是提高学生实践能力的重要途径。在产教融合背景下,该文探究五年一贯制学前教育专业五步递进式实习模式,能有效推进学校与幼儿园的深度合作,为学生实习搭建平台,提高实习的有效性,提升学生的就业竞争力。 Vocational education adheres to the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,practice oriented,and ability training.The five-year consistent system preschool education specialty has strong practicality,and practice is an important way to improve students'practical ability.Under the background of integration of industry and education,exploring the five-step progressive practice mode of five-year consistent system preschool education can effectively promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and kindergartens,build a platform for student practice,improve the effectiveness of practice and enhance employment competitiveness.
