摘要 “三教”改革是基于高职育人工作改革而提出的工作要求,需要从教师、教材以及教法三个层面采取工作对策,构建更为科学、高效的育人体系。该文以“三教”改革背景下高职院校教师教学创新队伍建设路径为中心,阐述了“三教”改革的基本内涵和教师教学创新队伍建设的现状,并提出了教师教学创新队伍建设的路径,旨在为高职院校教育教学工作的改革与创新提供建议。 The"three education"reform is a work requirement based on the reform of higher vocational education.It needs to take work countermeasures from the three levels of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods to build a more scientific and efficient education system.Focusing on the construction path of teachers'teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges under the background of"three education"reform,this paper briefly expounds the basic connotation of"three education"reform and the current situation of teachers'teaching innovation team construction,and puts forward the path of teachers'teaching innovation team construction,in order to provide suggestions for the reform and innovation of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
