摘要
现代学徒制在我国起步较晚,随着我国经济向高质量发展阶段转变,应用型本科院校建设与现代学徒制成为解决企业“招工难”与大学生“就业难”供需矛盾以及我国职业教育改革的新模式。该文以鄂尔多斯应用技术学院矿物资源工程专业为例,重点阐述应用型本科院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的运行机制,并进一步分析矿业类专业产教融合、校企合作、现代学徒制人才培养模式创新的理论与实践意义。
The modern apprenticeship system started late in China.With the transformation of China's economic development to a high-quality stage of development,the construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and modern apprenticeship system has become a new model to solve the supply and demand contradiction between the"difficult recruitment"of enterprises and the"difficult employment"of college students and the reform of China's vocational education.Taking the mineral resources engineering specialty of Ordos Institute of Applied Technology as an example,this paper focuses on the operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and further analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and the innovation of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in mining majors.
