新工科视域下应用型人才培养模式的研究与实践——以大学物理及相关课程为例 被引量:2

Research and Practice on the Cultivation Model of Applied Talents in the Perspective of New Engineering——Take College Physics and Related Courses as an Example

摘要 该文在“复旦共识”“天大行动”以及“北京指南”等新工科建设“三部曲”的纲领性文件指导下,结合新工科视域下的应用型人才培养目标,培养具有家国情怀、国际视野、法律意识、生态意识以及工程伦理意识,具有解决涉及多学科交叉和多技术融合的复杂工程问题能力、创新能力和组织协调能力的高级应用型人才。探讨了新工科视域下的应用型人才培养理念、培养模式和培养途径。同时,结合大学物理及相关课程,从教育教学方法、实践创新能力培养等方面进行了研究与实践的探索。在以学生为中心、教师为引导以及调动学生主动学习的理念下实施教育教学过程。在教学实践中形成了“基础引领、项目驱动、专创融合”的应用型人才培养模式,取得了较好的教学效果。 Under the guidance of the"Fudan Consensus","Tianda Action"and"Beijing Guide"and other programmatic documents of the"trilogy"of the construction of new engineering science,this paper combines the training objectives of application-oriented talents in the perspective of new engineering science,that is,with national feelings,international vision,legal awareness,ecological awareness and engineering ethics awareness,and has the ability to solve complex engineering problems involving interdisciplinary and multi-technology integration advanced application-oriented talents with innovative ability and organization and coordination ability,this paper discusses the training concept,training mode and training approach of application-oriented talents in the perspective of new engineering.At the same time,combined with college physics and related courses,the research and practical exploration are carried out from the aspects of education and teaching methods,practice and innovation ability training.Implement the education and teaching process under the concept of student-centered,teacher-led and motivating students to learn actively.In teaching practice,an application-oriented talent training model of"basic guidance,project drive,and integration of specialty and innovation"has been formed,and good teaching results have been achieved.
