产教融合下锂离子电池行业创新人才培养模式构思

Conception of Innovative Talent Training Mode in Lithium-Ion Battery Industry under the Integration of Industry and Education

摘要 发展锂离子电池技术是助力“双碳”目标实现的重要举措之一。目前市场对锂离子电池需求快速增加,且随着产业结构以及生产质量的不断升级,对锂离子电池行业的高端创新人才提出了更高的要求。该文通过对锂离子电池行业传统人才培养模式进行分析,结合锂离子电池行业高端制造业特色需求,提出了新型的锂离子电池创新人才培养模式,包括学科知识体系的优化以及开展产学研合作,以期培养符合锂离子电池行业转型升级发展需求的创新人才,促进锂离子电池产业发展。 The development of lithium-ion battery technology is one of the important measures to help achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.At present,the market demand for lithium ion batteries is accelerating,and with the upgrading of industrial structure and production quality,higher requirements are put forward for high-end innovative talents in the lithium ion battery industry.Based on the analysis of the traditional talent cultivation mode of the lithium-ion battery industry and the characteristic demand of the high-end manufacturing industry of the lithium-ion battery industry,this paper proposes a new innovative talent cultivation mode of the lithium-ion battery industry,including the optimization of the subject knowledge system and the development of industry-university-research cooperation,with a view to cultivating innovative talents suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the lithium-ion battery industry,and promoting the development of lithium-ion battery industry.
