“6+2”进阶式教师创新能力提升实践模式——以“国培计划”青年教师助力项目为例

"6+2"Advanced Teacher Innovation Ability Enhancement Practice Model——A Case Study of the"National Training Program"for Young Teachers

创新能力是教师的核心素养,亦是建设高质量教师队伍的重要内容。该文基于“国培计划”青年教师助力项目的实践经验,结合已有研究,指出新时代教师创新能力在不同教育阶段都应聚焦于创造型人才的培养,并提出创新能力由学习创新能力、教学创新能力、科研创新能力、创新实践能力构成。最终,该文提炼出“6+2”进阶式教师创新能力提升实践模式,以期为我国教师创新能力的研究提供理论与实践研究参考。

Innovation ability is the core quality of teachers and the important content of building high quality teachers.Based on the practical experience of the“National Training Program”for young teachers and combined with the existing research,this paper points out that teachers'innovation ability in the new era should focus on the cultivation of creative talents at different stages of education,and is composed of learning innovation ability,teaching innovation ability,scientific research innovation ability,and innovative practice ability.Finally,this paper refines the"6+2"advanced practice model of teacher innovation ability improvement,in order to provide theoretical and practical research reference for the research of Chinese teachers'innovation ability.
