Research and Practice of Training Mode'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Software Talents Based on"Competition Training Camp"

该文结合软件工程专业特点及创新创业教学中存在的问题,进行培养模式系统化研究及设计,以培养创新创业能力为导向,建立以赛事为核心的实践教学体系,深度研究分析大赛特点,构建互联网线上“双创”学习平台,组织线下“大赛训练营”来丰富实践教学,增强学生工程实践能力,通过实践锻炼驱动软件工程专业的教学改革,探索创新创业人才培养新模式。

s:Based on the characteristics of the software engineering specialty and the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching,this paper carries out systematic research and design of the training mode,takes the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the guidance,establishes a practice teaching system with the competition as the core,deeply studies and analyzes the characteristics of the competition,builds an online entrepreneurship and innovation learning platform,organizes offline competition training camps to enrich the practice teaching,and strengthens the students'engineering practice ability,drive the teaching reform of software engineering specialty through practice and explore the new mode of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
