高校物流管理专业“双创”人才能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation o“f Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”Talents in the Logistics Management Major of Universities

新时代对高校人才培养提出了更高要求,社会需要的人才也从传统的知识型人才向创新型人才转变。物流管理专业作为横跨多领域学科的交叉专业,在人才培养中更具代表性。该文从新时代背景下物流管理专业人才“双创”能力培养出发,剖析当前新形势下普通高校物流管理专业“双创”人才培养存在的问题,以期为本专业教育改革和专业人才“双创”能力提升提供理论支撑。

The new era has put forward higher requirements for talent training in colleges and universities,and the talents needed by society have also changed from traditional knowledge-based talents to innovative talents.As a cross discipline across multiple disciplines,logistics management is more representative in talent training.This paper starts from the training of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”ability of logistics management professionals in the new era,analyzes the problems existing in the training of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents in the logistics management major of ordinary colleges and universities under the current new situation,with a view to providing theoretical support for the education reform of this major and the improvement of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”ability of professionals.
