高职院校光伏工程技术专业“专创融合”路径研究——以甘肃工业职业技术学院为例

摘要 “碳达峰、碳中和”概念的提出,标志着我国将从传统能源向清洁能源转型,光伏产业作为“双碳”目标的重要抓手,将迎来前所未有的机遇。截至目前,据IRENA测算,全球光伏产业就业人员规模达400万人,人才缺口也持续增长。据绿色和平组织预测:2030年全球将有970万个与光伏产业相关的岗位。而对于以培养技术技能型人才为目标的高等职业院校而言,光伏工程技术专业技术技能型人才培养已成为实现光伏产业高质量发展的有力保障。培养兼具创新创业能力与光伏工程技术专业能力的融合型人才是国家光伏产业发展的内在需求,也是我国大学生面对复杂的就业环境的客观要求。基于此,该文以甘肃工业职业技术学院为例,论述高职院校光伏工程技术专业“专创融合”的途径。 The concept of"carbon peak,carbon neutrality"is proposed,marking China's transition from traditional energy to clean energy,photovoltaic industry as an important start of the"double carbon"goal,will usher in unprecedented opportunities.Up to now,IRENA estimates that the global photovoltaic industry employs 4 million people,and the talent gap continues to grow.According to Greenpeace International,there will be 9.7 million jobs related to the photovoltaic industry worldwide by 2030.As a higher vocational college aiming at cultivating technical and skilled talents,the training of professional technical and skilled talents in photovoltaic engineering technology has become one of the important issues for the high-quality development of photovoltaic industry.Cultivate both innovative entrepreneurial ability and photovoltaic engineering professional ability of fusion is the national photovoltaic industry development intrinsic demand,is also the objective requirement of China's college students face a complex job environment,based on this,this paper will research unit,for example photovoltaic engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges is a fusion approach of research.
