新时代高校烟草工程特色专业青年教师队伍存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Young Teachers of Tobacco Engineering Specialty in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

全国范围内开设烟草特色专业的院校较少,因此,可以借鉴的经验很少。因此,如何结合烟草专业的办学特色、学科性质,建设高水平专业化的青年师资队伍,成为一个重要课题。鉴于此,该文从国家战略高度出发,结合烟草办学特色,分析了烟草专业青年教师队伍存在的突出问题,并从完善岗前培训制度、“双师型”教师培养、加强师德师风建设、信息化技术培训等多个层面出发,分析如何打造一支“政治素养高、师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力”的烟草特色专业高素质青年教师队伍。

There are few colleges and universities offering tobacco specialty nationwide,which are highly professional and can be used for reference.Therefore,how to combine the characteristics of tobacco education and the nature of the subject to build a high-level professional young teachers team has become an important topic.In view of this,this paper,from the height of national strategy,combined with the characteristics of tobacco education,analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the team of young tobacco teachers,and from the aspects of strengthening the construction of teacher ethics,improving the pre-job training system,"double-qualified"teacher training,information technology training and so on.This paper analyzes how to build a team of tobacco specialty and high-quality young teachers with"high political literacy,noble teachers'ethics,excellent professional skills,reasonable structure and full of vitality".
