“新农科”背景下农业院校创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Agricultural Colleges under the Background of“New Agricultural Science”

“新农科”建设理念的提出,为地方高校在新时代构建农科人才培养模式指明了新方向,深化地方农业院校创新创业人才培养模式改革,对现代农业经济的发展和农业院校的转型起着不可替代的作用。该文基于“新农科”背景,针对传统农科人才培养模式存在的不足,以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,阐述了创新创业人才培养模式的改革和实践,并对农业院校创新创业人才培养实践提出了建议,以期使农科创新创业人才培养不断适应区域经济社会发展新需要。

The concept of"New Agricultural Science"has pointed out a new direction for local colleges and universities to build the cultivation mode of agricultural talents in the new era,deepening the reform of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local agricultural colleges and universities,and played an irreplaceable role in the development of modern agricultural economy and the transformation of agricultural colleges and universities.Based on the background of"new agricultural science",this paper addresses the shortcomings of traditional agricultural talent cultivation mode,takes Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example,explains the reform and practice of innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode,and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation practice of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural colleges,in order to make the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural science continuously adapt to the new needs of regional economic and social development.
